The champion football Rocks were honored at an assembly Dec. 11.

Complete with declarations by the mayor of St. Matthews and the mayor of Louisville, the football 6-A state champion Rocks were honored at an assembly Thursday morning in Steinhauser Gymnasium.  Head coach Bob Beatty expressed his gratitude to the many people involved in his team’s long journey to the top — the 23rd time the Rocks have reigned supreme.
