Early-Access PUBG Full of Adventure

What do skydiving, driving, fighting, scavenging and hiding have in common? They are components in the game known as “PlayerUnkown’s Battlegrounds.”

A quick summary for you: Shortly after joining a lobby, you are placed on a plane that flies over a large map with various cities and towns. These cities and towns are full of equipment for you to find and use to kill opponents. You can choose to eject from the plane when you like and drop wherever you would like. After being ejected from the plane and finding the spot you would like to go, all the fun begins. You look around and find the best loot to fight off and kill your opponents.

The realistic and advanced graphics are by far the best I’ve seen. The advanced sounds are also important because you need to be able to tell what gun your opponent is shooting to decide whether to engage. You can also hear if someone is sneaking up on you.

The best parts of the game are the weapons, which vary from an M16A assault rifle to a machete. The choice of weapons makes a big difference. For instance, if you are in a close-range fight with someone with a machine gun, it would be really good if you had any type of shotgun, because one shot could kill the opponent.

Movement is a weakness in this game. Many times I have found myself trying to run away from a fight, but I can’t jump over a wall — allowing the enemy to kill me. PUBG Corporation has announced in future updates they will be making the movement a lot better.

After falling into the map, players scavenge around looking for the best gear they can get. They call this looting, a fast and productive process. Different areas have better loot than others, but you take the risk of landing at a highly populated area to get the best loot.

Gun attachments also need a look because of the variety. For example, a suppressor allows shots to be much quieter so opponents don’t know where you’re shooting them from. Another example would be the 4x scope, which allows a player to zoom in to hit long-range shots.

A great game,”PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds” is early access, which means the company released early so there will be plenty of updates.  If you’re looking for an adventurous game full of strategy, “PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds” is definitely for you.
