A week that saw nearly six inches of rain began with academic accolades and ended with a rocking pep rally and a varsity football battle between the Shamrocks and St. Xavier Tigers at Cardinal Stadium.

Patrick House edged out Aquinas House and Becket House to finish as the Pride Week victor, becoming the first House to qualify for the Cup finals.

During the pep rally, held Sept. 28 in Steinhauser Gymnasium, Activities and House Director Mr. Adam Klein announced the following winners:

• Soccer Marquee  — Seton
• Cornhole — Aquinas
• Banner — Patrick
• Car Decorating — Patrick
• Frosh Football Marquee — Aquinas
