Who said science can’t be delicious? After a two-year COVID hiatus, Trinity teacher Mr. Mark Amick’s advanced and honors chemistry sophomores brought homemade chocolate chip cookies to school to taste-test them.
According to Amick, “They made one of three recipe variations. The curriculum tie-in is explanation of results, differences in experimental design, the need for reproducibility in data, and emphasis on precision in observation and procedure.”
