With the big game between the San Francisco 49ers and the Kansas City Chiefs this weekend, the ECHO staff took to the school to get a feel for who the community is rooting for.

Out of 100 polled students and staff, the results are in: 88% of students want the 49ers to win the Super Bowl, and 12% want the Chiefs to win.

Here are some comments from the community:

Henry Schreck: I got the Chiefs all day.

Mr. Klein: Growing up I was a huge Joe Montana and Jerry Rice fan, so 49ers.

Adam Eaton: I think Chiefs will win, but I want the 49ers.

Cash Green: The Chiefs are going to win, but I really want the 49ers to win.

Will Ford: 49ers will win. Chiefs have sold against good teams.

Will Saner: I think the 49ers will win 35-31.

Brock Cannady-Miller: I think the Chiefs will win but I really want the 49ers to win.

Kingston Florence: I want Christian McCaffrey to win, not the 49ers.

Boyd Knoerr: I don’t like Brock Purdy; he is just a system QB.

Jo Jo Spalding: I want Anna Frey to win.

Worth noting: About half the people initially answered that they did not want either team to win.
