Signing Day.  For three Trinity Rocks, signing day means a commitment to three major universities in three sports.

The following signed letters of intent in Steinhauser Gymnasium at 3:00 today: 

David Johnson – Basketball – University of Louisville

  • USA Top 100 college recruiting ranking.
  • All-State and Kentucky Junior All-Star Team selection.
  • Helped lead Trinity to a 7th Region championship in 2018.
Brandon McManus – Soccer – University of Kentucky
  • Kentucky boys’ high school Offensive Player of the Year.
  • All-America selection; two-time All-State selection.
  • Leading scorer for Trinity sophomore, junior and senior years.
Hunter Tapp – Swimming – North Carolina State University
  • State record holder and 10th-fastest time nationally in 100 freestyle.
  • Ranked in the top 100 swimmers worldwide in three different events.
