Trinity 2004 alumnus Chef Jon Bufford spoke with the school’s Culinary Club.

Mr. Jon Bufford, a chef for Trilogy Health Services and a 2004 Trinity alumnus, spoke with the school’s Culinary Club.   

Bufford and Nick Booker, who works with Trilogy’s dining services, talked with Trinity students about careers and potential employment as apprentices in food service for Trilogy.

According to Culinary Club moderator Dr. Debbie Heaverin, Bufford said Trilogy also has a tuition assistance program for students pursuing food-service careers.

Prior to Bufford’s visit, Heaverin announced via TTV: “If you are looking for a part-time job for the school year, or employment for the summer, or if you just want to eat some tasty snacks, make plans to attend.”
