The Trinity Esports team won the state championship in its inaugural year, defeating Shelby County 4-3.

Not bad for the first year! 

Trinity’s Esports team defeated defending state champs Shelby County 4-3 in the Rocks’ inaugural year.  Led by head coach Ben Sobczyk and assistant coach Mitch Greenwell, the team members were Brok Sholtes, Will Zanchi, Logan Bole, Donnie Tkachenko, Nathan Van Sickle and Simon Petruska.

Trinity Athletics Director Rob Saxton said, “The focus, determination and competitive spirit displayed by the team was simply fantastic.”
