A Night of Summertime Songs

ECHO Staff

With temps near 90 during the day, Trinity’s music program brought a taste of Hawaii and summer to the stage last night, as director Mr. Scott Ross’s students, along with some faculty and family members, performed songs ranging from those by the Beach Boys to Gershwin.

Principal Dr. Dan Zoeller praised the performances: “Kate Reedy and her technical crew produced the show and its eclectic, summer backdrop. Thanks to all our Trinity staff who shared their talents with our students and families. And, of course, thanks again to Scott (Ross) whose laid-back, inclusive style continues to create shows that ring, sing, and strum up the smiles.”

Among those who performed were Mr. Keith Rapp, Dr. Anna Stamp, Ms. Kate Reedy, Mr. Patrick Koopman, Mr. Jason Daniel, Mr. Carlos Cuenca and Mrs. Amy Cuenca.

Two more free performances are scheduled: Friday night at 6 p.m. and Sunday at 3 p.m., with students presenting songs of the ’60s.
