The debate Rocks kicked off their season with the Wyatt Debate League season opener on Sept. 24.   Picking up where they left off last year, seniors Ben McBride and Joseph Eng had an impressive showing.  

McBride and Eng clinched another championship in Varsity Public Forum with an undefeated record for the tournament.   

In addition, the partners claimed the top two speaker awards in Varsity Public Forum, with Eng first and McBride second.  

The team is led by head coach Amy Zuccaro and assistant coach Pedro Sanchez-Villa.
