Trinity sophomore Keith Griffith has learned to turn honey into money.  Griffith, who has a beekeeping business and sells honey, won the 2022 Young Entrepreneur Achievement Award.

Griffith, who also won the 2022 Dream Big Award, was a U.S. Chamber of Commerce finalist, and has written a book, currently works with businesses to set up bee farms on the roofs of buildings in the downtown area.                                              — information from Mrs. Betsy Darby
