The Rocks hosted the 16th Annual Pink & White game, a flag football game played between Sacred Heat Academy and Assumption High School on Apr. 28 at 7 p.m. in Marshall Stadium. In the past 15 years, the contest has raised $340,000 to fight breast cancer.  Proceeds this year went to Norton’s Hospital Breast Cancer research center and to Gilda’s Club.

Trinity and St. Xavier students provided halftime entertainment in the form of dance teams.  Ms. Allie Kerns coordinated Trinity’s involvement in the event.

In video coverage of the game, the contest is described as “Four Schools. Two Rivalries. One Cause. Everyone Wins!”
