As the Trinity school year comes to an end, it’s important to reflect on some core memories and how Trinity has prepared students for the future. Most seniors have emphasized senior retreat, the relationships they’ve built and the brotherhood.

Senior retreat is clearly the best experience that Trinity students can take advantage of. Students will grow in many ways and will learn what the Trinity brotherhood really means. Senior Logan Judd stated that “senior retreat is a really life-changing moment that I wish I could experience again.” Judd added, “It was one of the best weeks of my life, and it’s important for all future seniors to go.” Underclassmen should take advantage of this one-time opportunity and fully embrace it.

Students build connections that last forever and see Trinity as a second home. Seniors talk about how much they’re going to miss this incredible place and what they will miss most. Judd said, “I’ll miss having guys every day that I know have my back. The main thing I’ll miss is this brotherhood and how connected people are through Trinity.” The Trinity brotherhood is not just something people talk about to make the school sound good; it’s how students truly feel. Students feel like they can create strong bonds with teachers and other students that last forever.

Trinity’s main goal is setting students up for the future. Judd stated that “Trinity really helped me excel in the classroom and prepare me for college.” Teachers offer a lot of guidance and become mentors to these students when they need it throughout their Trinity careers. For Judd, Mrs. Moses was one of these mentors. Judd stated, “I feel like I can go to her with any problems I’m experiencing, and she really helps guide me.” Senior Owen Strebel also feels Trinity has helped him prepare for the next step. He said, “They’ve given me the resources and shown me exactly how to apply things for my future.” Strebel also stated that “I am ready for the next level at a point where I don’t think any other institution could have done that for me.” This shows the preparation Trinity provides and the bonds and relationships students are able to take with them after Trinity.

As these seniors head off to college, they want to share some advice with underclassmen and explain why students should choose Trinity. Trinity offers many resources for preparing for college and growing in the classroom. Judd’s advice is to “get involved as much as you can and try something new.” Trinity has almost any club you can think of, and if they don’t, you can find a teacher and start a new one. No matter what you’re into, you can always find something at Trinity that fits your needs and hobbies.

Sports at Trinity are something that makes the school great. Between bonds that last forever and multiple state championships, students can excel on the field as well as in the classroom. Strebel said, “Trinity soccer was special because I met a ton of people who have become great friends and who I will consider brothers for life.” Sports are certainly a big attraction to the school, but with a variety of events and clubs, all students can get involved.

Trinity is clearly the place to be if you want to grow, build relationships and be part of something great. Students will be part of an unmatched community that builds brothers for life and pushes students to find their full potential.
